The following conditions apply for all weekly family rentals:

1 to 4 ADULTS plus up to 1-4 CHILDREN. Occupancy of adults & children cannot exceed the maximum occupancy limit of the house.

Hemlock House Mandatory Cleaning Fee

A mandatory cleaning fee of $250 is required for each stay. This fee is NOT included in the weekly price.

Hemlock House Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of $1500 is required for each stay. This deposit is NOT included in the weekly price.

Short Term Rental Agreement

A short term rental agreement is required for all stays.
