to refuse a reservation request for any reason. We further reserve the right to request information pertaining to guest identification, current residence and other information. We also may require guest to provide social media link(s).
Rental Agreement
All guests must complete and return
a Short Term Rental Agreement (STRA) before Check-In. The STRA will be emailed to guest upon reservation request.
Payments
We accept payments by Personal Check or Apple Pay Cash. Payments can be made in 1 or 2 installments. Apple Pay Cash is easy to setup with a debit or credit card and charges no fees unless a credit card is used (3%). Apple Pay Cash limits individual transactions to $3000.
The final payment must be received within 30 days of booking to hold the reservation. The rental payment is NOT a damage deposit.
Cleaning Fee
All reservations require a $250 cleaning fee.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A deposit of $1500 (held by HomeOwner) is due at least 30 days prior to the Check-In Date.
Taxes & Fees
There are no extra fees or taxes associated with this rental.
Cancellation
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Under no circumstances will refunds be returned until the reservation payment has been successfully transferred to the banking institution and only after a minimum 7 day holding period.
If Guest wishes to cancel the reservation,
the deposit will be refunded as follows:
• 100% minus $100 fee if cancelled greater than 60 days prior to the Check-In Date
• 50% if cancelled greater than 30 days prior to the Check-In Date
• 0% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Check-In Date
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase traveler insurance. The Guest acknowledges that he/she has been advised by the property owner to arrange adequate personal insurance cover for all members of his/her party to cover all travel, personal risks/injuries and liabilities, and any cancellation.
